Proper Forming & Site Preparation

Every successful concrete pour starts with proper preparation, and KSB Construction handles every step with precision. We begin by removing grass and unsuitable soil, then bring in or adjust fill dirt as needed to achieve a solid base. The site is carefully compacted to prevent settling, footers are properly prepared, and all elevations are set to the correct grade. Wood forms are installed and secured to maintain clean lines and accurate dimensions, with rebar or wire reinforcement placed where required for strength and durability. By the time concrete is poured, the job is fully prepped, level, and built to perform long-term.

Concrete Pour Day Execution

On pour day, KSB Construction coordinates the concrete delivery, verifies mix specifications, and executes the pour with precision and efficiency.
